Office fit-out of Ajaka & Co Accountants

About the project: Justin and Katerina Ajaka wanted to create a luxurious boutique-style office that would reflect their style and work-ethos.

Here’s what Katerina had to say about the renovation:

When did you do the renovation?  We renovated our accounting office Ajaka and Co at the beginning of 2020.

What was the aim of the renovation? We wanted a luxurious, boutique-style space that wouldn’t date through the years to come.

How did you meet Javier? Javier has been a client of Ajaka and Co and has also done all of our joinery when we were building our house, so we knew there wouldn’t be anyone better for the job.

What rooms were renovated? It was actually a fit-out of an empty shell, so all was done from scratch.

How long did the renovation take?  Around 4 months.

What were your expectations re the joinery? We expected it to look sleek and luxurious and that’s exactly what we got.

Favourite joinery in the house - and why? Probably the new electric height adjustable desks. Having an office job it’s nice to have the option to sometimes stand while working on the computer.

Unexpected advantages of the new joinery? It impresses all of our clients! They love the look and feel of our new space.

Would you recommend Javier and i space? We would absolutely recommend i space! Javier cares about his clients and takes pride in the quality of his work. The joinery is always complete to perfection.”
